Artists Are Using Isolation Time To Write New Music
These last couple months have been tough. There’s no denying that. But if you’re looking for a silver lining, with all of our favourite artists stuck at home, they’ve had a lot of time to write new music.
I think we’re going to come out of this with some of the best albums we’ve had in years. All thanks to these “quaran-tunes”.
Here’s a few examples of the new songs being written.
Riley Green shared this new one called “Better Than Me”
Big & Rich, managed to record a song that could very well be the theme song for this pandemic. STAY HOME.
Luke Combs shared a song in his Facebook Live last week called “Six Feet Apart”
Thomas Rhett name drops some iconic tunes in a new song he shared called “What’s Your Country Song”
And Eric Church has been writing too. On ACM Presents: Our Country he debuted a new song called “Never Break Heart”.
And that’s not the only new song he’s wrote. We don’t have the full song yet, but he shared a very poignant spoken word message about the Coronavirus, and how we will overcome on his social channels this week. At the end of this video you can hear part of a new song called “Through My Ray Bans”
