Claiming a Prize
With the current Canada Post strike no prizing will be mailed until further notice.
Anyone who has won a cash contest, all cheques will be written within 5-10 business days from the date won. Each winner will be contacted when their cheque is ready for pick up.
All concert tickets are now digital so those will be emailed to each winner.
PICK UP HOURS: Weekdays from 10am-3pm.

If an event you’ve won tickets to has been cancelled unfortunately there will not be a replacement prize as nothing will be supplied by the event/tour operator.
