Claiming a Prize
With the return of Canada Post all prizing (such as gift cards and cheques) will be mailed. Please note that we cannot guarantee when or if your prize will be delivered to you. Once it’s in the mail we are no longer responsible.
Anyone who has won a cash contest, all cheques will be written within 5-10 business days from the date won.
All concert tickets are now digital so those will be emailed to each winner.
If you prize needs to be picked up at our office, our pick up hours are weekdays from 9am-3pm.

If an event you’ve won tickets to has been cancelled unfortunately there will not be a replacement prize as nothing will be supplied by the event/tour operator.
