After Thanksgiving, you’re so full your belt needs to loosen its belt – but the shelves at Siloam Mission are empty after feeding thousands of those less fortunate.
So while October 9th is Thanksgiving for all of us, October 13th and 14th, it’s Thanksgiving for Siloam Mission! That’s when QX104 and Sunova Credit Union will be at Outlet Collection Winnipeg helping Siloam Mission restock their shelves after another busy Thanksgiving by accepting your donations of food, warm clothing and cash for those affected by homelessness.
Items that are urgently needed:
-Non-perishable food
-Laundry soap (pods or crystals only)
-Winter boots (adult)
-Winter coats and jackets (adult)
-Underwear (men’s and women’s, brand new, all sizes)
-Coffee beans
-Garbage bags
-Non-perishable food
QX104 will be broadcasting live at Outlet Collection Winnipeg (555 Sterling Lyon Parkway) from 2pm-6pm on Friday, October 13, as well as from 9:30am-5:30pm on Saturday, October 14. Please join us.
